Important educational disclaimer
This website provides educational and creative training content only and does not offer financial, investment, or certification services. Any examples involving pricing, materials budgeting, or product presentation are provided for general educational discussion and may not be suitable for every situation.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ulaverion website (the “Site”) operated by Ulaverion Creative Education Ltd (“Ulaverion”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. What we provide
Ulaverion provides informational content about handmade jewelry crafting skills, creative design processes, material selection, artisan techniques, product presentation, and small craft business fundamentals. The Site also provides contact and registration forms to request more information or to communicate with our team.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including the structure of modules, lesson descriptions, or supporting resources. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or that any particular content will remain available.
3. No professional advice; no certification
The Site is provided for general educational purposes. While we teach practical studio routines and maker workflows (for example: heat control, flux selection, soldering sequence planning, grit progression for finishing, photography shot lists, and pricing frameworks based on labour minutes), the Site does not provide professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Any references to “modules”, “lessons”, “foundations”, or similar language describe an educational curriculum style. The Site does not issue professional certifications, does not represent that completion grants any credential, and does not guarantee any commercial outcome.
4. Safety notice
Jewelry making can involve heat, chemicals, sharp tools, dust, and rotating equipment. You are responsible for working safely and following the instructions, warnings, and safety requirements for your tools and materials, including ventilation, eye protection, respiratory protection, and safe storage of chemicals. You are also responsible for complying with any local laws and safety guidelines applicable to your workspace.
If you are unsure about safe practice for any technique (such as soldering, pickling, casting, patination, or polishing), pause and seek guidance from qualified local instruction and from manufacturers’ safety data sheets and manuals.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. In particular, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or bypass any security measures.
- Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, copy, or monitor the Site without our prior written permission.
- Transmit malware, spyware, or any code designed to interrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site or other users.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through our forms.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it (including text, course descriptions, layouts, graphics, and compilation of materials) are owned by or licensed to Ulaverion Creative Education Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.
7. Submissions through forms
If you submit information to us through a registration or contact form, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You must not include confidential third-party information unless you have permission to do so.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulaverion Creative Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulaverion Creative Education Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk or legal exposure. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulaverion Creative Education Ltd regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
19. Assignment
